• Clients must be 18+ years of age

• Clients with pre-existing conditions can be denied coaching if they refuse medical treatments for the same

• Clients with pre-existing conditions must track all medically required parameters specific to their condition/s in collaboration with a doctor during the course of the coaching sessions​. The coaches & consultants are not responsible for or liable for negligence of the same

• The coaching & consultations provided via the website and in person meetings, trainings, workshops etc is at the discretion of the client

• All information shared with client during the course of the caoching, consultations, meetings, group discussions in verbal, digital, written format etc cannot be shared and or distributed without prior email consent & approval by the company 

• Except as indicated, no part of any material shared, electronic or otherwise, shared with any client may be reproduced, translated, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, microfilming, recording, or otherwise, without prior written consent from the founder 

• Clients are prohibited from recording sessions conducted in any and all formats. If found in violation of the same, client will face a lifetime ban from using the services and courses on the website. Notes maybe taken manually if needed

• Client privacy will be protected and all information shared during the course of coaching, consultations, workshops etc will be considered confidential

• Client agrees to allow confidential information to be shared within the organisation only for training and education purposes so long as the information shared by clients is subject to sufficient modification and ensures anonymity of all required parties and non disclosure of all other sensitive information including but not limited to name, gender, sexual orientation and geographical locations.

• Any violation of privacy due to negligence of coaches/consultants etc should be reported immediately via email. Further investigation will be conducted basis same.

• Any misbehaviour by any client with any coaches/consultants will result in immediate termination of the session. An investigation will be conducted into the incident/s and client may be temporarily disabled from further use of any and all of the services provided till such time investigation is completed. Misbehaviour includes but is not limited to use of unparliamentary language, threats of violence, discrimination based on race, gender, caste, religion, sexual orientation etc, expression of appreciation or lack thereof of the physical appearance of practitioner/s, other forms of overt and covert sexual misconduct etc

• If investigation concludes that client has misbehaved with practitioner/s, the session in question is not subject to refund. Furthermore the client will be banned from the use of any and all services provided by the website

• The Company reserves the right to reject any client for any and all services provided. Refunds for the same will be processed as per policy.
